These terms govern use of AmlaWallets, the Bitcoin wallet at amlawallets.com. They are not investment advice and they are not a substitute for a lawyer’s review. AmlaWallets is not the EU Anti-Money Laundering Authority.

The service

AmlaWallets provides hosted Bitcoin wallets: receive addresses, sends to Bitcoin addresses, a USD display of BTC balance, 2FA, tickets, and history. It is not an exchange, not a broker, and not a multi-coin trading platform. Features such as POS, auto-forward, a 2,210-coin vault, or spot trading are not part of the product.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password and 2FA device under your control. You are responsible for activity on the account. We may suspend or close accounts that appear abusive, unlawful, or a risk to other users.

Bitcoin transfers

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once confirmed. You must check the destination address before you send. The send screen shows the platform charge before you confirm. Network conditions can delay confirmation. We do not guarantee a price, yield, or “uptime” percentage.

No advice

Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell crypto as a broker, tax advice, or a recommendation. Bitcoin can lose value. Only send funds you can afford to lose.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but maintenance, upstream Bitcoin infrastructure, or hosting issues can interrupt access. Do not rely on a marketing uptime figure.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, AmlaWallets is not liable for lost Bitcoin caused by a wrong address, compromised credentials, network fees, or events outside our control. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
